Who Am I?
It all boils down to this question. The purpose and meaning in our
life is right here in this moment, in every moment, for it is in this
very moment this question and answer is being worked out, (unfolding).
" Who Am I?" is a process, a process that if woken up to can and will lead to true freedom.
We will begin with a 30 minuet meditation, then go into the topic
"Who Am I?" for an hour, primarily Q & A format. I hope you all can attend:-)

- My name is Abijah Crabtree I am a 32 year old male. With certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, 10+ years in traditional martial arts(wing chun,and taekwando),7 years practicing intensive meditation and direct self inquiry, the first 3 of those 5 years living in a Zen temple where I currently reside, and a total of 9+ years as a personal trainer. I have come to a holistic well rounded approach to a balanced life style, not by changing your whole life but by tuning in to the balance that already always exists. My life has taken many forms of being. Now I rest in (just being) before being this or that while living all forms of being to their fullest potential.
